1.Once Emake3D has received the product(s), we will conduct an inspection and provide notification of its return. Please allow for at least 10 business days from when we receive your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
2.If approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. Refunds through credit cards are time-sensitive, depending on the credit card issuer's policies.
